Utilities (power poles in the area?) Closest power lines I saw were on N Leslie Canyon Rd at least 3.5 miles from the parcel.
Houses in the area? What are the houses like? Not really houses but run down RV's with lots of junk around.
Ease of access Not easy access will need 4 wheel drive after a rain.
Type of land (rural, buildable, city) Rural desert but buildable.
Neighborhood feel? Scattered RV's nearest actual house off N Leslie Canyon Rd a few miles away.
Can you also make note of the condition of the parcel. We are needing to know if you see any structures on it, or trash etc. Parcel is clean but some light trash on opposite side of Juanita Dr.
